Job Title Med Peds Physician – Allina Health Clinic, Maple Grove, MN Location & Schedule Maple Grove, MN. Day shift, 8‑hour shift, 40 hours per week. Clinic hours Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑5:00pm. Job Summary The outpatient Med Peds Physician role at an Allina Health Clinic presents an opportunity to work in a solid team environment and provide primary care for patients of all ages. The clinic partners with mental health and specialty services to give whole‑person care in an engaging, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with patients to improve health and well‑being. Practice with consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities. Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team for case management. Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in patient care, outcomes, or workflows. May participate in peer review and quality assurance. Qualifications MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required. Board eligible or board certified in a relevant specialty (ABMS or AOA). Active, non‑restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain). Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI). Meet criteria for credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable. BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support – Multisource required within 180 days. Physical Demands Medium effort; lifting up to 32lbs occasionally and 25lbs frequently. Pay Range $290,500 to $339,800 per year (starting base pay, varies by experience, education, and union agreement). Benefits Competitive medical, dental, vision, and optional benefits.
