Opportunity Overview
Our organization is looking to recruit a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to deliver anesthesia services in the operating room as well as sedation outside of the OR at a well-established tertiary care children's facility. This center offers a comprehensive range of pediatric surgical and medical specialties, including a robust cardiovascular surgery program.
Location: Sutter Medical Center Sacramento
Flexible work schedule: 0.50 - 1.00 FTE
Experience in cardiac procedures is highly desirable
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Experience with nerve blocks is required

Practice Environment
Our Children's Center features the largest Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Northern California, a 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CV ICU), along with dedicated pediatric emergency services. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of skilled pediatric surgical subspecialists, including those in Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery, Pediatric ENT, Pediatric Orthopedics, Pediatric Urology, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, and various pediatric medical subspecialties.
