About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Childrens Services NICU team at Sinai Hospital, youll deliver safe, age-appropriate care to neonates and their families. You will function as a clinician, advisor, and resource, applying your critical care skills and specialized knowledge to make a meaningful impact in high-acuity situations.
This position offers a potential of up to $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring safety, compassion, and excellence.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families through complex care needs.
Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practice in providing neonatal care, including emergency interventions when needed.
Requirements:
Education: Associates degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Maryland.
Certification: American Heart Association BLS Certification required. NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. required within 6 months of hire.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.
