We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-driven Night Auditor to join our hotel team. As the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays an essential role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest receives professional, efficient, and attentive service throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in finding solutions. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
• Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process

Qualifications:

• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
• Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
