Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Summary

The Food Runner plays a key role in maintaining efficient service flow and upholding brand excellence. The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally. Plays a key role in maintaining efficient service flow and upholding brand excellence.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner
• Ensure all dishes are accurate, properly plated, and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
• Announce dishes upon delivery and describe items when necessary
• Verify dietary restrictions, modifications, and special requests
• Assist servers with table maintenance and guest needs
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Maintain cleanliness of expo line and service areas
• Assist with side work, including polishing silverware and restocking stations
• Support team members during peak business hours
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Previous restaurant experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
