What You’ll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads Respond to inbound leads within minutes Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and updated Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads Work closely with outside sales & installation teams Hit and exceed key KPIs: 82%+ booking rate 120+ calls/day 20%+ aggregator conversion 100+ booked estimates/month What We’re Looking For High-energy, competitive personality Strong and confident phone communicator Thrives in a tracked, KPI-driven environment Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Fast learner with strong follow-up discipline Sales or home improvement experience is a plus, not required Compensation & Benefits First-Year Earnings: $52,000–$65,000 base (depending on experience) Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions Performance bonuses Commission: 0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours 0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends Health, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO after 90 days Fast-track promotion opportunities High-energy, recognition-based culture Build a Career With Us at I am Roofing!
