Job Title: Laboratory Assistant
Location: Bethlehem, PA Employment Type: Direct HireShift: Monday–Friday
- Flexible start time:
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Onsite: 100% Onsite
- OT: Yes (Hourly position with overtime eligibility)
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in a scientific field preferred
- 0-3 years of laboratory experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
- GMP laboratory experience
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Candidates from Food, Chemical, Energy, or other regulated manufacturing laboratories are welcome
- Laboratory documentation
- Sample management
- Inventory management

- Laboratory supply inventory management
- Chemical and reagent labeling
- Reference standard management
- QC purchasing and receiving
- Raw material and packaging component sampling
- Sample storage and retain management
- Laboratory document organization
- Calibration documentation
- Instrument calibration support
- Gas cylinder change-outs
- Data entry and documentation
- Data summary reporting
- GMP documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- General laboratory housekeeping and organization
