This role sits at the intersection of account leadership, delivery oversight, and business development. This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from a large consulting firm who is energized by growth, wants real ownership of accounts, and enjoys both hunting for new opportunities and deepening trusted client partnerships. What You’ll Do Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic client accounts in the Minneapolis market Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with existing clients and key target accounts Partner closely with practice area leaders and business development leaders to expand managed accounts and identify new revenue opportunitiesProvide billable advisory and/or project delivery to build deeper understanding of our clients’ challenges and potential needs Serve as an accountable leader for proposal development, including shaping solutions, pricing, and clearly articulating staffing and delivery needs Provide quality assurance and oversight for consulting delivery to ensure exceptional client outcomes Lead, coach, and support consultants and/or client managers, including career development and performance guidance Become deeply fluent in Thought Logic’s full portfolio of offerings and proactively align the right capabilities to client needs Actively grow and strengthen Thought Logic’s professional network and market presence across Minneapolis Who You'll Work With Practice Area Leaders across Business Enablement, EPM, Data & Analytics, People & Change, and related offerings Business Development and alliance partners focused on market expansion Consulting teams delivering high-impact client work Senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors What You'll Bring Significant years of experience in management consulting, advisory services, or a related professional services environment Experience with sales, account management, or revenue ownership responsibilities Proven success expanding existing accounts and building long-term, multi-year client partnerships Demonstrated ability to solution complex client challenges and generate new opportunities Strong experience developing proposals and selling business solutions to senior client audiences Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and a solutions-oriented mindset A builder’s mentality with comfort operating in a growing, entrepreneurial consulting environment Why Thought Logic Real ownership and influence over accounts and growth strategy Senior-level visibility and partnership with firm leadership A chance to help shape how we grow in the Minneapolis market The ability to balance selling, leading, and delivering meaningful client work #J-18808-Ljbffr
