We are currently seeking a Registration Specialist for our Family Medicine Clinic in Park City . In this role, you will be the first face many patients see as they begin their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting patients and providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional first impression

• Completing patient registration, including verifying demographics, insurance, and required documentation

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow through the clinic

• Assisting patients and families with questions, directions, and support throughout their visit

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all registration and privacy standards

• Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Performing general office and clerical duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required

• Associates degree or some college preferred

• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred

• Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Professional demeanor, compassion, and comfort working with diverse patient populations

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced front desk environment

• Basic computer skills and accuracy with data entry

• Medical terminology coursework preferred

• No licensure required
