Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions and update records within the company's CRM or customer management system. Process orders, schedule appointments, and assist with account updates as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Meet established response time and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging situations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team. Experience in a customer‑facing service environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting. Positive attitude with a customer‑first mindset. Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
