Job Summary:
Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time position involves assisting in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients, maintaining sterile techniques, and supporting surgical procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
• Schedule: Days shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Surgical Technology program or an accredited LVN/LPN program; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license; 2 or more years of experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multiple surgical specialty areas including transplant, open heart, urology, neurology, titanium rib, or robotics is highly preferred
• On Call Requirement: Yes
• Floating: Yes, floating to different locations may be required
• Additional Information: Assists with preparation of the operating room, maintains aseptic techniques, supports patient comfort and safety, and ensures proper handling of biological specimens. Works under the direction of a professional nurse and demonstrates clinical expertise in surgical supplies and instruments.
• Responsibilities include setting up operating rooms, maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments, assisting physicians, and adhering to OR policies and procedures.
