Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and measurement skills for production and quality-related tasks.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, machinery, or assembly line tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and meeting production goals preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and work on an assembly line for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong physical stamina to meet daily production requirements.
• Ability to safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Job Duties

• Perform assembly line duties according to supervisor instructions and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment, machinery, and hand tools to support efficient production.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Load components onto the production line and pack completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety guidelines and production procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete other assigned duties to support manufacturing operations.
