KEG Enterprises is seeking a full-time, experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Jonesboro AR . We run a top-tier fleet of heavy-duty wreckers, rotator, rollbacks, detach trailer, landoll, and support equipment. When the biggest trucks on the road break down, our crew gets them moving—and we need a top-notch technician to keep our fleet in peak operational condition.

What You'll Do Every Day

You will be responsible for the fleet health of our specialized heavy towing and recovery vehicles:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and servicing on Class 7 and 8 vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems.
• Troubleshoot diesel engines (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Cat) using advanced diagnostic software.
• Repair and maintain specialized hydraulic recovery equipment (winches, booms, underlifts).
• Document completed repairs and maintain clear maintenance logs.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as a heavy-duty truck or diesel equipment mechanic but not required.
• Technical Skill: Strong knowledge of diesel engines, heavy-duty electronics, and complex hydraulics.
• Tools: Must own a foundational set of professional technician tools. We do have a universal set of tools for the shop that will be accessible.
• License: A valid driver's license is required. (A Class A or B CDL is a massive plus)
• Certifications: ASE or manufacturer certifications are highly preferred but not required.
• Mindset: A team player who takes pride in doing high-quality work safely the first time.
