As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol in Williamsburg, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a caring, people-first environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service while using computer or tablet technology as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
