Human Resources Data Analyst

The Human Resources Data Analyst will support enterprise human capital initiatives by analyzing workforce data, developing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate complex data in a meaningful way to executive leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance human capital dashboards, scorecards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Create data visualizations and automated reporting solutions using business intelligence tools. Develop business process models and workflow documentation using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Utilize Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI to support reporting and data analysis initiatives. Audit and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems. Produce executive briefings, presentations, and analytical reports that support strategic workforce planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop data-driven solutions. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 12 years of project, program management, or related professional experience. Minimum of 8 years conducting analytical and support activities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or Human Capital programs. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience developing workforce analytics dashboards and executive-level reports. Knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies. Experience supporting federal government clients.
