Northern Light Health is hiring an EAP Counselor to join our Employee Assistance Program. This role combines short-term counseling with workplace consultation, leadership training, critical incident response, and even individual coaching and consultation with executives.
It’s a unique opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety and is interested in both mental health and organizational well-being .
Candidates should have a master’s degree and hold one of the following licenses:
