Product Manager, Marketing Technology

Job Summary The Product Manager, Marketing Technology leads the development and optimization of marketing technology solutions that enhance customer experience across physical and digital channels. This role defines and drives the product roadmap for platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Partnering across Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, the Product Manager ensures MarTech delivers measurable value and a seamless omnichannel experience. Responsibilities Lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing technology initiatives including CDP, CRM, and mobile application integrations. Drive the product roadmap by prioritizing features and improvements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Define and prioritize the roadmap for customer data, event collection, and attribution systems, aligning with acquisition, conversion, and retention goals. Partner with retail operations and marketing teams to enhance in‑store experiences and increase customer engagement and foot traffic. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. Oversee integration of MarTech systems to build a unified customer profile and deliver personalized content and offers. Lead cross‑functional teams through implementation and iteration of marketing technology tools and enhancements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, integrations, and technology workflows. Establish success metrics for marketing technology initiatives, regularly reporting on KPIs and performance outcomes. Champion data‑driven decision making by establishing clear success metrics tied to business impact and using experimentation and customer insights to guide product strategy. Enhance data quality and trust by building mechanisms that ensure reliable event collection and accurate attribution. Share best practices with other PMs and squads to elevate product management standards within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably focused on marketing technology (MarTech), digital platforms, or CRM/CDP systems. Proven experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, technology, and data teams in an omnichannel retail or consumer‑focused environment. Track record of leading MarTech initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect platform work to growth, efficiency, and customer experience improvements. Required Skills Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms such as CDP, CRM, and marketing automation. Experience with agile product management methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Technical proficiency with system integration. Experience in omnichannel retail environments. Preferred Experience Background in consumer‑focused retail, digital marketing, or omnichannel strategy. Previous work in large enterprise organizations delivering high‑impact marketing technology products. Work Environment & Travel Primarily office‑based with a hybrid or flexible schedule. Occasional travel (~10%) to retail sites or vendor locations may be required. Compensation Pay Range: $103,000.00 – $154,600.00 (compensation will be determined based on experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location).
