Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adults in an acute care–oriented SNF setting
- Administer and document therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and upper/lower extremity function
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Provide discharge planning and caregiver education to support continued recovery after therapy
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record and ensure quality care coordination

Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license and ability to practice in the state of Washington (per local regulatory requirements)
- Relevant experience in acute care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Ability to work a 35-hour guaranteed weekly schedule within a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong collaboration skills and effective communication with rehab colleagues and care teams
- Adaptability to a fast-paced clinical environment and diverse patient population
