Corporate Accounting Consultant

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Consultant to support financial operations, manage accounting processes, and drive improvements across the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can quickly adapt and add value in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and support financial statement preparation
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support process improvements, system implementations, and special projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership
• Provide audit support and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and financial reporting
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• CPA preferred but not required
