Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM; Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify and report potential issues, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and activity across the property, document observations in daily logs and/or incident reports, and support access control procedures according to site expectations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
