Senior IMS Planner & EVM (TS/SCI)

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Level 4 Program Planner to support Global Security in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on program planning and program management within a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will… Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels, including Program Finance, Program Management, and Functional Leaders, while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline. Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program. Ensure EIA‑748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule. Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team. Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling. Extensive experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool. Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices, including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting. Experience in compiling, preparing and presenting project briefings to internal management and external customers. Must be a United States citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Desired Skills Active TS/SCI security clearance. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. 6+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling. Expert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance. Experience with @Risk, OnePager Pro. Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance. Advanced experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices, including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, and Performance Measurement/Reporting. Strong influencing and relationship management skills. Proven experience with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulations. Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team. Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers. Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines. Strong sense of follow‑up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality. Demonstrated team building skills. Schedule for this position: 9x80, every other Friday off. Salary range for this position in Colorado is $95,000 – $167,440, depending on experience, education, and other factors.
