Senior Project Manager

Downtown Chicago | Base Salary up to $170,000 + Bonus

Flowtec Construction is partnering with a highly respected Chicago general contractor that has been successfully delivering projects for more than 50 years.

You will work closely with the President, contribute to key operational and project decisions, and have genuine influence over how the business continues to grow.

The Opportunity

• Lead high-profile projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Partner directly with the President and senior leadership
• Influence project strategy, staffing, client relationships and business operations
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, APMs and Project Engineers
• Maintain executive-level relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors
• Help improve internal processes and shape the company’s continued growth
• Remain actively involved in preconstruction, budgeting, procurement and risk management
• Join a stable, established contractor with a strong backlog and excellent reputation

What They Are Looking For

• Proven experience managing projects for a general contractor
• Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, scheduling and construction operations
• Experience delivering ground-up or complex renovation projects
• Ability to lead project teams and confidently manage client relationships
• A collaborative, commercially minded leader who wants influence beyond their individual projects

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $170,000
