Resident Activities & Wellness Assistant

PACS is seeking an Activity Assistant to help the Activity Director run a creative activities program that meets residents’ social, physical and mental needs. You’ll help plan, coordinate and execute group and individual activities while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Key duties include calendar development, attendance tracking, and assisting in discharge planning and care plans. You will also arrange transportation and help secure appropriate materials and readings to
