Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to manage commercial glazing projects primarily from the office, with occasional jobsite and warehouse coordination. Construction experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review architectural construction documents and coordinate fabrication drawings with the drafting team.
- Manage fabrication drawing submittals, approvals, and revisions with architects.
- Solicit vendor quotes and order project materials.
- Manage project budgets, material lead times, deliveries, and schedules.
- Coordinate with jobsite representatives, installers, and field teams.
- Schedule installation, manpower, and material deliveries several weeks in advance.
- Coordinate with other Project Managers and Field Operations.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Requirements
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Project management or commercial construction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new processes and construction products.
- Must be willing to work 100% in-person in Peoria, IL.
