Member Services Representative

Overview Salary Range: $22.15 - $27.69 Hourly Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: 2 Year Degree Category: Customer Service Job Description Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding small business relationships through consultative, need-based sales of business lending, deposit, and cash management products and services. Provides a broad range of business member service functions, including opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, processing account maintenance requests, resolving account and checking-related concerns, responding to member inquiries, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and supporting positive member engagement. Ensures all business activities and lending practices comply with credit union policies, procedures, underwriting guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Commercial Member Service Representative I (CMSR I) focus on core business member service, business relationship development, financial information gathering, account support, and guidance to other credit union staff. Job Qualifications EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of required Business Services training courses after hire. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Three (3) years of financial institution experience in a member service role.
