What You'll Do
- Customize skincare treatments based on each client's goals
- Create a relaxing, results-driven experience for every guest
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and spa areas
What We're Looking For
- Active NC Esthetician license in good standing
- 2+ years facial experience
- Esthetics liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping others feel confident
- Experience with advanced modalities is a plus (training provided!)
