This full‑time contract assignment runs from December 14, 2026, through March 15, 2027, with a potential for extension. Support student health and wellness, managing acute and chronic conditions with diligence and care. Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing nursing expertise for special needs students. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with school health policies. Desired Experience & Qualifications Current Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) as a Certified School Nurse (required—other RN or LPN credentials will not be considered). School nursing experience preferred—especially in both elementary and high school settings. Ability to work the school‑scheduled hours consistently for the duration of the assignment.
