This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger - helping people access clean water while working in a supportive and energetic environment.Responsibilities and Role :Prepare units for distribution, ensuring they are ready to reach our customersMaintain and operate our filter-flushing wall equipment effectivelySkillfully unload and load freight onto trucks and pallets, ensuring efficiencyReceive shipments with accuracy, confirming every item meets our quality expectationsEnsure products are stored in designated locations to optimize space and organizationSafely operate forklifts and pallet jacksRegularly verify the accuracy of inventory and shipments to prevent discrepancies.Candidate Competencies :1-3 years of warehouse experienceAbility to lift 75 lbs or more and move heavier loads (up to 150 lbs) using a dollyStrong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspaceExperience with Labor Management Systems (NetSuite or something similar)Excellent attendance recordProficient in basic computer skills, including email and computer softwareCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredDetail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skillsForklift experience is preferred; certification is a plusRF scanner experience is a plusA valid driver's license is requiredPlease note: some weekend work may be required depending on workload and end-of-month/year deadlinesCompensation : This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ($21.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience), comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
