Crew Member

Position Summary This position is fully accountable for the profitable consistent operations execution of a specific shift designated by the Owner/General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The crew member reports to the Shift Leader/General Manager. Essential Functions Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures Ensure the profitability of the business by operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth Be a Crew Member to consistently meet standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs "Culture" of a cheerful and fun work environment. Team work and professionalism includes however, not limited to, no fraternization of any kind with other crew members Deliver operations excellence Assist the Management in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner "Be Ready", "Be Focused", "Be Here"!
