Quick Facts: Location: York, PA (1001 South George Street, York, PA 17403) Start Date: 07/13/2026 End Date: January 2027 Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (07:00 – 17:00), once per month with some specific dates, including a 3-week period from 09/19 to 10/09 Hours/Week: About 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Required Licenses/Certifications: PA Medical License or IMLC, DEA Experience: Board-certified Gyn Oncology physician Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $258.67 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team from VHS What You’ll Do: Provide specialized gynecologic oncology care to adult patients (>18 years) Support surgical cases, outpatient consultations, and ongoing patient management Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeon, APPs, and medical staff Cover scheduled clinics and OR days, providing after-hours call as needed (APPs handle first call) Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR Contribute to the academic environment, collaborating with residents and staff Support patient education, follow-up, and treatment planning What You Need: Board Certification in Gynecologic Oncology PA medical license or IMLC licensure Valid DEA license 2+ years of Gyn Oncology experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a busy, modern academic hospital in York, PA, serving a diverse adult patient population.
