What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts processing orders, managing schedules, and making sure deliveries hit on time
• Proactively track order activity and inventory levels, flagging potential issues before they become problems
• Facilitate quotes and pricing requests
• Generate reports and share data directly with customers
• Handle outside purchases for materials and services tied to customer projects
• Support quality issue resolution by gathering information and coordinating with the quality team
• Serve as the connector between customers, sales, credit, and collections

What We Need From You

• Solid experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong data entry skills with sharp attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication in English you're the first point of contact
• Must be fully cleared prior to start background check required before interviews are scheduled

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with ERP or order management systems such as AS/400, JD Edwards, Salesforce, Amtech, or EDI platforms
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production-related industry
• Associate or bachelor's degree
