Alignerr is looking for experienced Customer Service professionals in Dallas and across Texas to evaluate and enhance AI career guidance systems. This remote contract role allows you to work flexibly, dedicating 10–40 hours a week to improve the accuracy of career advice delivered by AI systems. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in customer service and strong written communication skills.
