Pool Facilitators (Part-Time/Seasonal) – Yavapai Hills (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a bold, energetic, outgoing Part-Time Pool Facilitator for evenings and weekends in Yavapai Hills, Prescott.

We are looking for three new hires who are friendly, professional and capable of working independently. If you have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn and grow, apply today and join our team!

Hours :

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm
• Holidays when the HOA office is closed

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Cash handling experience
• Basic administrative skills
• Computer knowledge

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist residents with liability waivers, pool cards, and guest sign-ins
• Collect cash or check payments
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Ensure all pool guests follow the posted rules and regulations
• Document any issues with guests for office follow-up
• Ensure the pool is vacated at closing
• Arrange pool furniture for the next day
• Perform occasional office tasks as requested by the Community Manager

Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen test.
