Registered Nurse (RN) – Multiple Locations in Indiana

Locations

Indianapolis
Carmel
West Lafayette
Other locations statewide

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree).
Current and active RN license in Indiana or a compact state license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be preferred or required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
