Aide, Environmental Project - 40h Evenings

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Performs assigned project work to maintain hospital facilities in a clean, orderly condition in accordance with established policies and procedures. Tasks include but are not limited to carpet care, hard floor restoration, furniture moves, and meeting set ups.Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:1-3 years of experience in cleaning services, with working knowledge of floor careAbility to read and write EnglishAbility to adhere to policies and procedures without exceptionAbility to effectively prioritize requests, while maintaining established work flowFlexibility to adapt to changing needs while maintaining focus in accomplishing tasks.Must have excellent oral communication and customer service skills in working with stakeholders across the care continuum, including patients, families, physicians and colleagues.Detail oriented with ability to accurately complete daily work ticketsAbility to productively work alone and as part of a collaborative teamMust have a valid driver’s licensePreferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:Related experience, preferably in a hospital settingEducational Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in a school programLicense/Certification: N/AAge Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.Ability to Meet Job Performance Expectations: Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.Salary Range: $17.64-$26.58Salary Range DetailsThe pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
