Refresco Beverages US Inc is seeking a Manager, Controls to lead plant control systems across high-volume beverage manufacturing operations. This role oversees PLC/HMI programming, SCADA systems, instrumentation, and automation to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. The Manager will guide troubleshooting, upgrades, and standardization of controls, partner with engineering and maintenance, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. This position also manages controls vendors, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, mentors technicians, and supports capital projects and new line installations.
