ResponsibilitiesUpon receipt from staff members of new business underwriting data (or similarly upon receipt of re-write data for an existing account), determine carrier options, quote/rate/input with appropriate carriers, and deliver option to staff for decisions to bind coverage.
RequirementsCommercial lines insurance experience is needed. Knowledge of standard insurance carriers plus all lines of commercial business is helpful. Licensing is a plus, as would be familiarity with AMS 360 from Vertafore.
