BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish) to support a thriving apartment community in Colorado Springs, CO 80909 . We're looking for a polished, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about helping residents find their next home.

• Conduct professional and engaging property tours for prospective residents
• Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
• Support marketing initiatives and resident outreach efforts
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative responsibilities

• Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Professional appearance, presentation, and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
