About the Job The Revenue Excellence Analyst & Project Manager plays a critical dual role in driving data‑informed decision‑making and leading strategic initiatives across the Revenue Cycle. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights while managing and executing projects that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and payer outcomes. This role partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Payer Relations & Contracting, IT, Finance, and Clinical teams to develop analytics, monitor KPIs, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and support the implementation of process improvements. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations and supporting technologies.
