Job Description
We're hiring a Tax Manager for a well-established public accounting firm to lead complex tax engagements, advise clients, mentor staff, and improve processes within a collaborative tax practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns and workpapers
- Lead tax planning, research, and advisory services
- Manage client relationships and tax correspondence
- Mentor staff, coordinate workloads, and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Public accounting tax supervisory experience
- Expertise in complex individual and business returns
- Strong client and engagement management skills
- Ability to lead staff and manage deadlines
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organization
