You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, supported by an innovative electronic health record (EHR) system that facilitates seamless documentation and tracking of client progress. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing a variety of assessment tools tailored to individual situations.

• Provide telehealth services in individual and group settings, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and personal growth.

• Document client interactions and treatments meticulously within our EHR and practice management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for each client.

• Deliver care in a culturally sensitive manner, respecting and integrating the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of clients into treatment.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to convey client care developments to the treatment team.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed, providing immediate support and connecting clients to appropriate resources and referrals.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

Your primary focus will be on helping clients at our detox center who are navigating significant life changes and challenges, including substance use disorders and related mental health issues. You will work closely with individuals seeking recovery, providing them with the necessary tools and support to develop coping strategies, improve mental well-being, and reintegrate into their communities.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license to practice as an LCSW in the state of California.

• Outstanding clinical skills with a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.

• Proficient organizational skills to manage calendar availability and session scheduling efficiently.

• Ability to effectively document clinical services and maintain accurate client records post-session.
\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably focusing on mental health and substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth services and technology-based clinical practices.

• Experience engaging diverse communities with sensitivity and inclusiveness.

The position offers an annual compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
