Night Auditor - Part Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in hospitality management and guest services to contribute to a welcoming and efficient hotel environment. Bilingual skills and experience with hotel management systems are highly valued.

Duties

• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest calls, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and payments
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming during overnight hours
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs promptly
• Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus to assist diverse guest populations
• Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is desirable
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality or resort experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work part-time hours during night shifts, weekends required and holidays based on working days

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour

Work Hours : Must be willing to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays
