Overview Job Title: Waitstaff We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic waitstaff to join our team at a busy, fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Assist in training new staff members as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking and time management abilities Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Requirements Excellent physical coordination. Attention to detail. Courteous and Guest First attitude. Team player. Organized. Leadership ability (Coordinator position): initiative and sound decision making. Dependable and reliable. Flexible schedule, when necessary. Personal cleanliness. Good verbal communication. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Must be able to complete simple mathematical calculations and handle money. Physical Requirements Able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant. Able to climb ladders and stairs.
