Oasis Grower Solutions, a division of Smithers-Oasis, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to be a customer advocate at our Kent, OH facility. You will process orders, resolve issues and support both internal and external customers with superior service, helping to add value to our products. Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Production, Engineering, Distribution and Logistics, logging leads in CRM, and ensuring accurate pricing and terms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
