Specialty Franciscan - St Anthony's Crown Point - AP Physician 0005 State IN Location 1201 South Main Street, Crown Point, Indiana 46307 Requirements 5/7 UPDATE: Currently willing to consider 100% IR & rate $650/hr negotiable. 3/16 UPDATE: Need radiologists with more than 6 weeks a year to be considered (greater availability better). Must be willing to work at the site they are needed the most. Must cover sites for both NWIR & CIR practices in IN: Lafayette, IN Franciscan; Terre Haute, IN Union, & Northern IN sites discussed during interview. Long‑term onsite IR urgent need 7 days a week straight, 7a‑4p EST at Franciscan Lafayette East. Holidays TBD – Call, 7 nights per week with call back. Lafayette East has a PA performing light IR procedures. Only high‑end IR will be required. Lafayette has its own suites and does not share with cardiologist. IR cases only with reading cases when able to read what the Rad feels comfortable reading. Board Certified Only. Temp privileges available for a clean file. Productivity expectation – 25 RVUs per shift. RPCE Tech Stack, Powerscribe 4.0. $600 to $650 per hour.
