Client Relationship Consultant – Customer Service & Insurance Sales

Full-Time | Cal Kiburz State Farm

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-focused Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering customer needs, and recommending products and services that provide meaningful value .

The Client Relationship Consultant plays an important role in both growing our business and taking care of our existing customers . You will build relationships with current customers, service existing policies, conduct needs-based conversations, identify sales opportunities, and help customers select insurance products that fit their individual needs.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Conduct conversations to understand customers' needs and identify opportunities for additional products and services
• Present and explain insurance products in a clear, confident, and customer-focused manner
• Generate quotes, follow up with prospects, and ask for the business
• Meet established individual and team sales goals
• Proactively contact customers to uncover new sales opportunities
• Cross-sell appropriate products to existing customers based on their needs
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience
• Assist existing customers with policy questions, changes, and other service needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activity
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to achieve agency goals

Licensing Requirement

Candidates must currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain, the insurance license(s) required for the position within the timeframe established by the agency.

Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the necessary coursework, study for, and successfully pass the applicable licensing examination(s).

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to work with the right candidate who demonstrates strong sales potential, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to obtaining the required licensing.
