Global Art Director

Global Art Director will lead the visual identity and creative direction for brand work across global markets, channels, and touchpoints. Responsibilities Develop and oversee the brand's global visual strategy . Define and maintain a cohesive creative vision across consumer touchpoints. Direct the conceptualization and design of integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure creative output stays aligned with brand standards , business objectives , and audience needs . Drive innovation , creativity, and best practices within the creative organization. Continuously evolve global brand guidelines and visual identity standards. Maintain consistent brand representation across regions , channels , and platforms . Review and approve creative deliverables to protect quality and brand integrity . Find opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation through visual storytelling. Provide creative direction for advertising campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal marketing programs. Partner with copywriters , photographers , videographers , and external agencies to produce content. Direct photoshoots, video productions, and creative execution from concept through final delivery. Ensure creative assets meet performance , brand , and market requirements . Translate business objectives and consumer insights into visually impactful creative solutions. Present creative concepts and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders . Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and production partners. Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Oversee creative budgets, production costs, and resource allocation. Evaluate and optimize creative processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of progressive creative experience with leadership responsibilities. Experience directing integrated global campaigns across multiple channels and markets. Background working with consumer brands, agencies, or in-house creative teams. Experience managing creative teams and working with external agency relationships. Demonstrated conceptual and design performance. Strong understanding of branding , typography , photography , digital design , and visual storytelling . Knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce best practices. Solid project management , communication , and presentation skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships. Works effectively in a matrixed, global organization , building internal and external relations and credibility to drive decisions. Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization. Conversational proficiency in English with verbal and written communication skills, plus strong presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Location & Work Style Onsite in Massachusetts.
