As an RDH at Digital Smiles, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional preventive care while working alongside a collaborative team of doctors and in-house specialists in a cutting-edge digital dentistry environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a practice that is redefining what modern dentistry looks like.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform thorough dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal therapy for patients of all agesConduct comprehensive oral health assessments including periodontal charting and oral cancer screeningsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized preventive care strategiesPartner with doctors and in-house specialists to develop and present individualized treatment plansDocument accurate and complete patient records using practice management softwareUtilize digital dentistry tools and technologies consistent with Digital Smiles' standards of careSupport hygiene recall systems in collaboration with the scheduling coordinator to ensure continuity of careMaintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant clinical environment at all timesBuild lasting, trust-based relationships with patients to support long-term oral health outcomesQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSCurrent and active RDH license in good standing in the state of CaliforniaCurrent CPR/BLS certificationMinimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferredProficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)Strong verbal and written communication skillsGenuine enthusiasm for patient care and team collaborationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven dental environmentCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceSign-on bonus for qualified candidatesContinuing Education (CE) allowance to support ongoing professional developmentCollaborative, team-first workplace cultureAccess to the latest digital dentistry technologies and toolsABOUT DIGITAL SMILESDigital Smiles is a forward-thinking dental practice dedicated to delivering Healthier Mouths through Digital Dentistry across Southern California.
