Responsibilities Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc. Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired An established track record of successful real estate sales Compensation $115,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
