Call Center Student Worker - Federal Work Study

Federal Work Study Student

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Financial Aid department on the Dahlonega campus. This position assists the Financial Aid team by answering general financial aid questions, making and answering calls, routing them to the appropriate destination, performing light clerical duties, and assisting team members as needed.

This position does not have any financial responsibilities. It will not require driving, and it is not a supervisory position. This role is considered a position of trust and does not require a purchasing card (P-Card). This position will not travel, does not require security clearance, and offers of employment are contingent upon completion of a background investigation including a criminal background check demonstrating your eligibility for employment with the University of North Georgia.
